TELASA, a leading streaming enterprise, has established a significant presence in the digital entertainment industry with over 1 million users. Focused on delivering high-quality video content, TELASA has developed a comprehensive suite of applications tailored for various platforms, including Android TV, iOS, Android, and web browsers.

How Did I Have Impact?
Reviewing the Previous Design
By analyzing competitors and reviewing TELASA's previous product, we identified differences and prioritized redesign efforts to improve the entertainment experience through phased enhancements.
The visual design appeared outdated and not in line with Android TV guidelines. With TELASA's brand update in 2022 and 2023, a design refresh was necessary to reflect the new look and feel.
TELASA introduced a new payment method, TELASA ID, to offer more payment options, aiming to increase user retention and subscription rates. Previously, direct subscriptions were not possible through Android TV, necessitating the inclusion of TELASA ID across all platforms.
Designing
A fresh visual experience for the big screen
Our latest TELASA Android TV app revamp offers a fresh visual experience, featuring an elegant full-screen design and a simplified menu structure for increased ease of use and interaction. With this update, we aim to provide a new world of digital entertainment that perfectly balances convenience with sophisticated aesthetics.
Prototyping Interactions
When confirming designs with clients, I communicate through prototyping to verify user flow and interaction details. These prototypes are also used to communicate with the development team, enabling the entire team to quickly understand design details and improve communication efficiency.
Cross-Platform Experience
As the lead designer for the TELASA project, my responsibilities extended beyond just the Android TV interface to encompass Web, iOS, Android, and CMS designs. The challenge lay in crafting a unified user experience across diverse device use cases and technical specifications, while maintaining a consistent design style and behavior. This vast scope was a significant challenge within the TELASA project, but it was an experience I truly valued and found rewarding. This role demanded a deep understanding of user interaction across platforms and a strategic approach to design coherence.
